Green Clean Commercial Cleaning doesn’t only provide exceptional janitorial services to local Las Vegas businesses. We also give back to our community.
Recently, Green Clean sponsored the entry fees for a select group of local Las Vegans in the annual Cotopaxi Questival.
What is Cotopaxi’s Questival
Cotopaxi’s Questival is a social adventure race (a scavenger hunt of sorts) where teams complete challenges to win trips, gear, and more. But the true star of Questival is their community involvement challenges. On the list was several things Green Clean believes in such as helping our homeless community, cleaning up our environment, and volunteering at local animal shelters.
We sponsored Team Wolf Brigade by covering their entry fees and couldn’t wait for their images.
What our Green Clean Commercial Cleaning Team Accomplished
The team of three spent 24 hours, with a few naps completing as many social challenges as possible. Some included:
- Cleaned up a local park
- Fed a homeless family
- Passed out dog food to homeless dogs
- Volunteered at the Henderson Animal Shelter
- Picked up trash on the Las Vegas Strip
- Assisted the elderly
It wouldn’t have been an amazing experience without some fun challenges, including some silly ones like
- Shaking your hips with an Elvis impersonator
- Making a human pyramid in front of the Luxor
- Joining a street performers act
The challenge took them all over the city, from the oldest Vegas icon (the Mormon Fort) to some of the newest (Cosmopolitan Casino). We are very proud of what they accomplished. They met some incredible people along the way, including some people who traveled from nearby states to help make a difference in the Las Vegas Valley.
What did Green Clean Janitorial Services Learn
The event drew hundreds of people from all over the country. Cotopaxi’s Questival shows that people care about people and the environment. Thousands of dollars and hundreds of boxes of food was raised to improve the community.
