Clorox Products Named Innovative Cleaning Products of 2015
Clorox professional Company is delighted to announce that Clorox Disinfecting Wipes was voted the best in the Cleaning Agents Category during the 2015 ISSA Innovation Award. ISSA is a global cleaning industry association and they acknowledged Clorox Professional at the ISSA/ INTERCLEAN ® 2015 North America trade show that took place in Las Vegas, NV.
The ISSA Innovation Award program is held annually with the sole purpose of giving the cleaning industry a chance to select the most innovative products and services in the industry. Industry professionals have been voting for the best products in five categories for the past few months. These categories are equipment, dispensers, cleaning agents, supplies, services and technology.
The voting has been taking place online and at the ISSA Conference.
When the Associate Director of marketing at Clorox Professional Products, Jennifer Case was receiving the award, she said that Clorox Disinfecting Wipes “effectively meets an array of commercial cleaning and disinfecting needs to provide a cost effective and powerful solution that enables professionals in the cleaning services industry to accomplish a lot in a short time.” She also added that her company is honored to be recognized by both ISSA and the cleaning industry yet again and that this particular win was proof of the company’s efforts in coming up with creative products that meet the customer’s needs.
Clorox Disinfecting Wipes are registered by the Environmental Protection Agency to eliminate 99% of germs that commonly cause illness. These germs include the deadly Bordetella pertussis which is an organism that causes whooping cough, and Methicillin-resistant Staphyloccocus aureus(MRSA). Clorox Disinfecting Wipes have a total of 12 allergen-removal claims plus the nine disinfecting claims that were recently registered by the EPA and it sanitizes within a record 10 seconds, which is the fastest bacteria contact time ever recorded.
Clorox Disinfecting Wipes also complies with OSHA Bloodborne Pathogens Standards which governs occupational exposure to infectious materials and blood.
Clorox ® Disinfecting Wipes are available in small and large quantities. Therefore, consumers can either but the 75-count canisters or the bulk economical bulk wipe 700-count canisters that come with refill packs. The latter also comes with 40% extra wipes and costs 20% less for each wipe that the earlier canister.
The Director of Digital and Print Media, ISSA, Jonathan Adkins said that every year, the ISSA Innovation Award Program provides professionals in the cleaning industry to appreciate the products and services that they feel are most innovating and efficient in meeting their needs. He also congratulated all the companies that won in this year’s competition.
