The site was rebuilt from the ground up this June — every service we offer now has its own page, the quote form reaches us in seconds, and the blog you are on will publish weekly: floor care guides, facility management tips, Vegas-specific maintenance timing, and our take on where AI and robotics are heading in this industry. It was also planned, written, and deployed by AI under owner direction — in days, not months. We wrote about that here.
Client portal and work-order visibility
Our operations now run on a dedicated janitorial management platform: work orders, inspections, and communication in one place, with a portal our clients can access. Recurring issues get visible — and fixed — before they become complaints.
Verified service, not promised service
Two systems came online this year: GPS-verified time tracking for our field staff, and QR-code scan verification at client facilities. When we say a building was serviced, that is now a data point with a timestamp — protection for our clients and accountability for our team.
AI-assisted operations
Daily operational reports, client communications, financial review, and this website all now run through AI-assisted workflows with human oversight. The practical effect for clients: faster responses, fewer dropped balls, and a company that compounds its improvements. The next frontier — robotics and IoT on the facility floor — is something we are actively evaluating, and we will write about it when we deploy it.
Same company, same standard
What has not changed: the same crews showing up, most of whom have been with us for years; the same owner answering the phone; and the same standard — consistent, affordable, reliable. The systems exist to protect that, not replace it.
